Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- Tzatziki sauce
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and break it up with a spoon.
- Add oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until
browned.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until warm and pliable.
- Place tortillas on a flat surface. Add a generous spoonful of beef mince to each.
- Top with tzatziki, red onion, tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
- Squeeze lemon over the top and serve immediately.
