Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (for soup)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 150g baby bok choy
- Fresh coriander
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pork mince, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Form into small
meatballs.
- Bring chicken stock to a boil in a large pot. Add meatballs and simmer for 8-10 minutes until
cooked through.
- Add bok choy and Chinese cabbage. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions and fresh coriander.
- Serve hot immediately.
